梁寶昌，職務(wù) 總工程師，黑龍江省優(yōu)秀黨員，高級(jí)工程師，畢業(yè)于大慶石油學(xué)院。1943年3月出生于遼寧省本溪市；1968年7月畢業(yè)于大慶石油學(xué)院石油地質(zhì)系，當(dāng)時(shí)被分配到油田鉆井二大隊(duì)擔(dān)任技術(shù)員；1975年3月調(diào)入鉆井研究所（現(xiàn)鉆井工程技術(shù)研究院）從事取芯工藝技術(shù)研究，長(zhǎng)達(dá)30余年的取芯工作，是大慶油田取芯工藝技術(shù)奠基人，為大慶油田取芯事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出過特殊貢獻(xiàn)。先后獲得省部級(jí)和局部級(jí)科研成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)13項(xiàng)，兩次獲得省部級(jí)勞動(dòng)模范稱號(hào)�，F(xiàn)任大慶達(dá)美石油機(jī)械廠總工程師。自1975年3月調(diào)入鉆井研究所以來，梁寶昌一直從事取芯工藝技術(shù)研究，于1983年，擔(dān)任“壓力密閉取芯工具研究”項(xiàng)目組組長(zhǎng)。在此期間，他帶領(lǐng)科研人員認(rèn)真總結(jié)利用國(guó)外先進(jìn)取芯技術(shù)，結(jié)合大慶油田的地址特點(diǎn)，刻苦鉆研，用了3年的時(shí)間實(shí)現(xiàn)了“壓力密閉取芯工具”的國(guó)產(chǎn)化。并且設(shè)計(jì)出的取芯工具性能優(yōu)于進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品，而價(jià)格卻只有進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的三分之一。與此同時(shí)，有研發(fā)出CCH型密閉液和配套取芯技術(shù)，從而確定了大慶油田取芯技術(shù)水平在國(guó)內(nèi)的領(lǐng)先地位。該項(xiàng)成果榮獲了集團(tuán)公司科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)、局優(yōu)秀科技成果一等獎(jiǎng)，因此他個(gè)人也獲得了黑龍江省、集團(tuán)公司勞動(dòng)模范的稱號(hào)。

趙景軍，職務(wù) 廠長(zhǎng)，學(xué)歷 研究生。1998年畢業(yè)于哈爾濱師范大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究生班。曾在大慶鉆井研究院科研工作十年，致力于鉆井工具的研發(fā)，先后參與研制“雙向鉆井減振器”，該項(xiàng)目獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明三等獎(jiǎng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上，獨(dú)立完善創(chuàng)新成“金屬橡膠雙向鉆井減振器”已獲得國(guó)家專利，現(xiàn)投入深井使用。目前累計(jì)已榮獲國(guó)家個(gè)人專利7項(xiàng)。2001年組建了大慶市達(dá)美石油機(jī)械申達(dá)取芯技術(shù)中心，該企業(yè)為大慶福利企業(yè)總公司解決殘疾人就業(yè)問題做出了很大的貢獻(xiàn)，解決就業(yè)人員達(dá)30人以上。此后，又研制成專利新產(chǎn)品“防倒扣取芯工具3000型”、“防倒扣取芯工具5000型”、“防倒扣取芯工具7000型”，“水平井取芯工具 慶申98-II SP”、“127小井眼取芯工具”該項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)已經(jīng)成功，現(xiàn)已批量生產(chǎn)，并投入海內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)使用，深得各大油田的一致好評(píng)�！皦毫ζ胶饷荛]取芯工具”、“金剛石焊條”該兩項(xiàng)專利的研制是與哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)通力合作的成果，是技術(shù)研發(fā)的結(jié)晶，試驗(yàn)已成功，金剛石的分解率已取得約10%。
